Summer and all, so i thought of making a small diary-like entry in the blog.
These days i catch myself enjoying the weirdest or more like the oldest kind of staff.
(Apparently i'm growing old myself day by day so there's that too...)
For example, drinking a cup of greek coffee in the afternoon by myself in the yard. The funny thing about it is that currently the temperature is around forty degree Celsius.
No, my mind doesn't drift off trying to escape from my problems. I am fully aware that I'm ditching the air-conditioner for borderline hell. I still like it though.
Something about these small doses of natural beauty, i can't find living in the city, is what makes summer my favorite season.
Another interesting habit i recently picked up, don't know where from, is also evolving around greek coffee. At approximately twelve in the noon, i pour a cup and as a snack i have one slice of watermelon.Apart from stopping my binge eating, it gives me a relaxing feeling.Laughable, as coffee is supposed to do the exact opposite work! Maybe i'm drinking too much coffee.But i don't think a cup per day is too much!
How about you, any new habits these days?
At a podcast, i happened to listen yesterday, it talked about how strong of an impact habits can have on life.Flimsy as a summer dress or unwavering as the decisions on Spanish Inquisition.Too much?You get the point though...
Usually i tend to be cautious of my actions. Having said that, imagine my wonder on how innocent those previous habits actually are.
I mean, i do know what excessive coffee consumption does but is there a similar drawback on watermelon?
Any doctors out there?
Maybe i should do my research on it...
On other news, some of you may wonder when i'm going to finally upload a video for my channel on YouTube(@PlakakiChannel)...Truth is, i did upload something.However it's not a nice introductory video so i'll pass on showing it to more than a couple of people...For now let's just say YouTube is a work in progress!
